Kitchen & Laundry Remodel
Working with the homeowners to design their new space, we gutted an existing kitchen and removed a wall in order to make room for an expanded kitchen with a beautiful center island for hosting parties and family events.
Bathroom Remodel
This was a full bathroom remodel in an existing home, featuring a large 6 ft x 4 ft shower with a custom glass enclosure, closet for storage, and recessed medicine cabinets.
Kitchen Remodel
Our clients had a vision for a fabulous new kitchen that opened to their family room. We removed walls, added a beautiful island and new cabinets, and finished the space with a fabulous subway tile backsplash. We worked hard to keep their existing co-located space tidy and clean while their kitchen was under construction.
Porch Replacement
This porch was a collaborative effort with On the Level Construction - it involved replacing the deck and railings, and applying stain and finish to keep it looking good for many more years!
Sunroom
This home in Morris, IL wanted new siding in their sunroom. The results were really outstanding with outstanding LP Construction craftsmanship.
Shower Remodel
Our client desired a spacious, walk-in shower. A fabulous pebbled base and details turned this shower into a work of art. It required complicated cuts and grout installation, but the results turned out spectacular!
Siegel's Cottonwood Farm
The Siegel family welcomes families from across Illinois to their farm in the Fall for agri-entertainment. LP Construction has done numerous projects for them over the years, to spark some kid's imaginations, including a combine playset and train depot. Custom carpentry at its finest!
