Prior to founding her company, she spent more than 20 years working in project management, ensuring that project documentation was sufficiently detailed, organized, and of high quality. Lisa understands, firsthand, the importance of a functional and organized home and office - she appreciates great space, and knows that working in a fantastic and organized environment can help people thrive .
Lisa is actively engaged and involved in all aspects of LP's day-to-day operations, to assure best outcomes for our clients and also supports the business operations for LP Construction Services.

With roots in the telecommunications industry as a skilled welder and fabricator, Lee built a strong foundation in precision, structure, and craftsmanship. Driven by a passion for creativity and design, he transitioned into residential construction and founded LP Construction Services. Lee brings a strong work ethic, expert craftsmanship, and a dedication to doing the job right the first time. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, Lee takes pride in turning his clients’ visions into reality - always aiming for perfection and leaving behind happy customers.

Cole combines reliability, speed, and precision to get every organizing and cleaning job done right. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, he tackles each project with focus and pride. Outside of work, he trades cleaning tools for adrenaline—riding dirt bikes and boxing with the same determination he brings to every job.
